▪ The owner has to explain to the service manager under what conditions and circumstances the equipment was damaged. In case the owner hides the facts of external impact on the equipment, liquid spillage or improper operation of the equipment the service center is liable in case of damage to the equipment during testing if this damage is caused by factors hidden by the owner and not reported to the service.
